The standard package starts with the consultation to analyze your project needs. An estimated quote based on the project will be provided after the consultation. The standard package includes a professional cleaning service.

Retirement Home Package - $500 flat rate (based on 1 bedroom apartment)

Moving day for your loved one can be very stressful. Take them for lunch and let me help by decorating your loved ones possessions into a neat and organized new space.

  • sourcing new items necessary (bedding, curtains, etc.)

Estate Sale Management - $500 Itemization fee + commission

Consultation is to photograph and itemize the items to resell and set a generalized price (up to 30 pieces). Fee is waved if photos and pricing are provided.
